Summer is always filled with lots of birthday parties. We've been to quite a few already and there is never a shortage of fun to be had. Here are two highlights from recent celebrations.
The terror and fun of the giant water slide!
I highly recommend clicking on the pictures to see a big version. Despite appearances, Owen LOVED this. He inhaled about a cup of water, but tried over and over again.
Owen thought long and hard about how to decorate his pennant. Two stickers and a few scribbles was the answer.
Owen's inner artist bloomed at another party when the medium changed. Real canvas and watercolors left our resident artist to ponder what his creation would be.
The floor was truly inspiring.
After a grueling and yet magical 3 minutes of painting, his masterpiece was complete. He calls it "Blue Moon Rising over a Palatial Sea of Despair."
Alright fine, he calls it "Look, a Painting."
Much more party fun in the weeks to come!
